I spend the afternoon with the art crowd. Drinks were had. Mostly delicious spiced rum and cola.
<kumazuki> arrived much earlier than expected, which was grand with me. We contacted both halves of <furrcrazed> and they joined us for an evening in the studio. Drinks were had: many different oddball drinks, among the favorites was ginger brandy and ginger ale. Yum! Saffron infused gin was also on the list, but the tonic was too strong of a match; I will have to continue experiementing with that one… but such a beautiful color.
And a holiday gift exchange was made. Andy and Alan were incredibly kind, a couple lovely ties, some sweater clips and cuff links, and a very special to be announced gift. I need a photoshoot for that one…
Even without the best organization, it was great having folks over to the studio. I get a repeat tonight when <musicbearmn> arrives. Yay!
