nosh

The heat has arrived. Although I am surviving well as yet without running the AC, it is beginning to affect my eating habits. I now struggle to cook anything of note, since the idea of adding heat is too heavy on my mind.

Instead I turn to nosh plates, as I like to call them. I vary my grocery shopping enough that they always vary, so redundancy is not an issue.

Today’s nosh:

hummus with green onion, cilantro and paprika
spinach and artichoke dip
cambozola and Dutch farmhouse cheese with multigrain/rice flour crackers
sweet red peppers and snap peas

with water to drink

Filling and refreshing.

There is currently also a great olive oil/rosemary cracker in the cracker tin, both come from Costco.
